Festival Director
With over 15 years of experience in film festival management, Katherine Hays is a visionary leader and the driving force behind the Tennessee Short Film Festival. Having worked with major festivals around the world, Katherine brings her expertise in curating diverse films, organizing high-profile events, and fostering an inclusive environment for filmmakers. Her passion for storytelling and community engagement defines the festival’s ethos.

Marcus Bentley
Head of Programming
